AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY

Standard shipping is included in the advertised price of the MILK BAR Everyday Original Tee for Australian delivery addresses.

Each item is made to order. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout includes production and delivery time.

Delivery estimates can change due to stock availability, production capacity, carrier delays, peak periods or events outside our reasonable control.

Orders are fulfilled through Gelato’s production network. Gelato aims to produce orders close to the delivery address, but the production location may vary according to product availability, capacity and logistics.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Where international delivery is available, its price and estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout.

The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY ISSUES

We will send tracking information when it becomes available.

If an order is late, appears lost, arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, email info@milkbarmilkbar.com with your order number and relevant photographs where applicable.

We will work with our fulfilment and delivery partners to resolve the issue.

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting.

Once production or delivery has started, an address change might not be possible and additional delivery costs may apply.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
