Milk Bar respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information when you visit milkbarmilkbar.com, contact us or place an order.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Depending on how you interact with the store, we may collect:

• Order, transaction and customer-service information
• Device and online activity information, including your IP address, browser type, cookie identifiers and interactions with the store
• Marketing preferences and information you voluntarily provide

Payment information is processed by Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout. Milk Bar does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.

WHO RECEIVES YOUR INFORMATION

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to service providers that help us operate the store. These may include Shopify, payment processors, Gelato and its production partners, delivery carriers, technology providers, professional advisers, and analytics or marketing services when enabled.

These providers may process information outside Australia and are responsible for handling it under their own terms and applicable privacy laws.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a proposed sale or transfer of the business.

Milk Bar does not sell personal information for money.
